North Capitol Hill

An upscale neighborhood with homes that dreams are made of.

Welcome to North Capitol Hill

Just north of the busy Capitol Hill area, you'll find North Capitol Hill, an upscale neighborhood with homes that dreams are made of. One of my favorite things to do is grab a coffee and take a stroll through this historic area on the way to one of my favorite parks in Seattle - Volunteer Park. Nestled right in the middle of this gorgeous neighborhood, the park offers tons of greenery, trails, tennis courts, and a greenhouse and also features the Seattle Asian Art Museum. This is one of Seattle's premier, idyllic neighborhoods for good reason.
